Resolved Question: What is the name of the activity similar to geocaching just without a GPS system?

I was told about an activity that is similar to geocaching, but instead of getting coordinates and needing a GPS system they give you a list of clues that you have to follow to find the box. I swear they called it "Shadowboxing" but I have looked that up and everything similar and can't find what she was talking about. Does anyone know what this is?
